  • DO YOU SALE VENDORS
    Unfortunately at this No we do not. However we are a U.S. wholesale charm vendor. You can simply shop with us.
  • CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN CHARMS
    Yes. We have created a custom order button where you can specify what charms you want. However if we are low on inventory or we do not have your specifc request available we will contact you via email and inform you of that.
  • I DO NOT SEE THE CHARMS YOU DISPLAYED ON SOCIAL MEDIA
    Unfortunately charms are subject to change. We also sellout of charms quite quicky. Another factor is depending on our vendors inventory we receive most charms at random so we resale at random. This causes for you to receive different charms that may be different then what you have seen on our social media's.
  • LOCAL ORDERS?
    Unfortunately at this time we DO NOT offer local pick up or drop offs due to safety reasons. All orders are purchased through the website and shipped via USPS.
  • PRICE CHANGES
    All prices are subject to change anytime without prior notice. If I receive a price increase unfortunately so will you.
  • I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I EXCHANGE?
    Unfortunately we DO NOT except any return or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is your full responsibility to read product description details before purchasing. We also have our contact info listed on website and social media's. Our advice would be to put the product out to your customers. Somethings you may not like they may like. Or just resale the item to someone who may be interested.
  • I DID NOT WANT CERTAIN CHARMS YOU SENT
    All charms are RANDOMLY selected. Unless you select and pay for a custom order all charms are randomly selected. Please understand when we receive most charms they are randomly sent to us from our supplier.
  • I HAVENT RECEIVED MY TRACKING?
    Please allow up to 24 hours to receive tracking information. Due to high volume of sales, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive your tracking information. But no worries babes. You will receive it along with your package. If you have any further questions DO NOT Dm us or comment under our post about your tracking. If it is past 24 hours please contact us via email at goluckycharmz@gmail.com
  • WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
    One of the main reasons why your order will be automatically cancelled is due to billing and shipping information not matching. Your name and address must match your billing and shipping address. Also we can cancel or deny any order at our decretion.
