SHIPPING & RETURNS

IMPORTANT SHIPPING MESSAGE:

Please be patient with USPS shipping. Expect delays due to USPS experiencing shipping delays due to increase in packages and limited staff due to COVID19. We at Go Lucky Charmz will NOT be responsible for ANY PACKAGES/ORDERS arriving later than our usual times. We will NOT refund anyone due to any delays. Thank you for your patience. 

 

Once packages are dropped off at USPS, Go Lucky Charmz are not responsible for any lost or stolen, or damaged packages. If this occurs please contact USPS.

 

Processing times are 5 business days.

Wholesale processing times are 7 business days 

Shipping is 2-5 business days. 

(business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays)

Packages will be shipped on Mon, Wed, & Fridays. Any orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Packages are mailed via USPS & tracking number will be sent to the email address left in order (please DO NOT forget to leave an email address). If you do not leave an email with us we will NOT responsible for you not receiving tracking.  Please allow up to 24 hours to receive tracking. 

Shipping Info: Make sure all shipping information is correct and add any apartments numbers if applicable. If we at Go Lucky Charmz receive a return package due to the address you provided being incorrect for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for another shipping label before your package is reshipped back out to you.  Any package $20 or higher may have to sign to receive their package. It not only protect my 

 business but protects your package. 

ZERO TOLERANCE CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers are urged to contact us by email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy and contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), the customer's local authorities as well as with the Better Business Bureau. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities. We will turn delinquent accounts over to a collections agency and reports will be filed with all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed"
